The courses take place during weekends or weekdays according to your preference. The College is fully accredited by The Hypnotherapy Association and also The General Hypnotherapy Register and meet with the required National Standards Study criteria.
CERTIFICATED FOUNDATION COURSE
This course provides both the theory and practical hands-on experience to explore many useful and helpful aspects of hypnosis and allied holistic therapies. It is suitable for self- knowledge and self-development and also is a solid and broad base from which students may progress to the Diploma Course. The certificated Foundation course will provide you with the necessary skills to use hypnosis to improve confidence, self-esteem, weight control and to use with habits such as smoking, nailbiting etc. plus an introduction to NLP and cognitive behavioural therapy. Back up scripts and comprehensive notes will be provided on all courses. The sixth day is a revision, assessment and supervision day and once successfully completed you can progress to the Diploma Training.
DIPLOMA TRAINING IN HYPNOTHERAPY
This is a comprehensive and professional training taught in an interactive and supportive manner. You will receive training from tutors who are specialist in their subjects and have many years’ experience. We aim to provide you with the confidence and skills that will enable you to utilize these powerful techniques, whether it for your own use or as a professional hypnotherapist. This is a fascinating subject and you can develop this to your own particular needs. If you should miss a module you will have the opportunity to take this at a later date. The l4 modules include one assessment between diploma 6 and 7 and another at the end of the course.
SPECIALISED & ALSO ADVANCED DIPLOMA
The Advanced modules over an additional 6 days will give you further knowledge of a more specialised nature. Upon completion students may apply for Licentiate membership within the Hypnotherapy Association.

Day 1 - Introduction to Hypnosis

All students who undertake and complete our courses are informed of the importance of Code of Ethics for the maintenance of good practice and the promotion of unity and encouragement of continuing professional development within the profession of Hypnotherapy.

After the Certificate Course, students are required to submit 3 case studies, ideally: one on Stop Smoking; one on Confidence; one on Weight Control.
• During the Diploma, students are required to submit 7 case studies (each patient seen twice) on issues of their choice (using material they have covered in the diploma)
• During the Advanced diploma students are required to submit 3 case studies in detail.
The supervision & revision days are held as follows: These consist of approx 6 hours each day).
• Once at the end of the Certificate course
• Twice during the Diploma Course
• Once after the advanced diploma course
One-to-one supervision (included in training fee)
• 1 hour session on a one-to-one basis after the Certificate course.
• 2 x one hour, one-to-one sessions; (one in the middle and one on completion) in the diploma course.
• 1 hour session, on a one-to-one basis on completion of the advanced diploma course.
• A suitable reading list is given to each student.
• The study hours include the case studies you complete.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
You are provided with comprehensive backup notes and also CDs/audio tapes throughout the course.
We run the course with a maximum of 16 participants so that you are assured more personal training
We will be able to repeat a module if you wish at a cost of 25% of the current cost
There will be regular, optional support groups arranged for you during and after the course.
Once you have completed the Certificated Foundation Course you will be eligible for the Diploma Course. This can then be followed by the Advanced/Specialised Training.
A book list will be provided for suitable reading study.
Assessments will be made throughout the course to help you evaluate your progress. There is no formal exam. Revision and supervision is included in the training and this also covers the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy.
